ACF Pizza Craft · Website terms
Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of www.acf-p.site, operated by ACF Pizza Craft at 482 Mulberry Street, New York, NY 10013, USA. Read them once and you will know what you may do with the recipes, how class requests are handled, and where to send questions.
What these terms cover
This page sets out the rules for using the ACF Pizza Craft website and the content published on it. It applies to every visitor, whether you are browsing recipes, reading about a masterclass, or sending a class request through the contact form.
If any part of these terms does not work for you, the simplest option is not to use the site. Nothing here is meant to be read as legal advice for your own situation.
At a glance
-
You may cook from the recipes and share links to them. Republishing or reselling our content as your own needs written permission.
-
A masterclass request sent through the site is a request, not a confirmed booking. We confirm availability and details with you directly.
-
The site is provided as is. Cooking results depend on your ingredients, your oven, and your method, so we cannot promise a particular outcome in your kitchen.
-
We may update these terms. The current version always lives on this page, and continued use means you accept it.
Use of the site
You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. That covers reading recipes, following the technique guides, and sending a request for a masterclass place.
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or access it in a way that harms other users. That includes scraping content at volume, probing for weaknesses in the site, or interfering with pages so they load incorrectly for someone else.
We may restrict access where we believe these terms have been breached. Where a restriction is practical to explain, we will tell you why.
Recipes and content
All recipes, text, and other content on this site are the property of ACF Pizza Craft unless otherwise stated. Photographs, written method notes, and class materials fall under the same rule.
You may
- Cook from any recipe on the site, at home, as often as you like.
- Share a link to a recipe or guide with friends, in a message, or on social media.
- Print a recipe for your own kitchen use and keep it in your notes.
You may not
- Republish, resell, or redistribute the content as your own without written permission.
- Repost recipe text or photographs on another site, blog, or channel as original work.
- Use our content or name in paid courses, products, or advertising without asking first.
If you want to use a recipe or a photograph for something beyond personal cooking, write to us through the contact page and describe what you have in mind. Permission is granted in writing, and only for the use described.
Masterclass bookings
A request is a first step, not a reservation. Here is how the two differ.
-
You send a request
Class requests submitted through the site are requests, not confirmed bookings. The form asks which class interests you, how many people would attend, and which dates suit you best.
-
We check availability
We confirm availability and details directly with you, usually by reply to the contact you leave in the form. Nothing is held for you until that reply goes out.
-
Payment and scheduling terms follow
Payment terms, cancellation, and scheduling are communicated when a booking is confirmed. Those details are the ones that apply to your class, not anything written on the site beforehand.
-
Until then, nothing is binding
Requests submitted through the form do not create a binding contract on their own. You are free to change your mind, and so are we, until a booking is confirmed in writing.
No warranties
The site and its content are provided as is. We work to keep recipes accurate and the site available, but we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any recipe will produce a particular result in your kitchen.
Cooking outcomes depend on your ingredients, equipment, and method. Flour absorbs water differently, home ovens vary in top heat, and proofing times shift with room temperature. If something does not come out as expected, that is usually the place to look first.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ACF Pizza Craft is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Where a claim cannot be excluded, these terms do not attempt to exclude it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, so the copy you are reading is the one that applies.
Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms. If a change affects how class requests are handled, we will note it in the reply we send when we confirm availability.
The other documents that sit alongside these terms are the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, which explain what data the site handles and why.

Questions we get about these terms
Can I use a recipe from this site in my own cooking class?
Not as it stands. Teaching from our recipes, or handing printed copies to a paying group, counts as redistribution. Send a request through the contact page describing the class and how the material would be used, and we will reply in writing.
Does sending a class request hold a place for me?
No. A request tells us what you are interested in and when you are free. We check availability, then reply with the details and the payment and cancellation terms for that class. Until that reply confirms a booking, no place is held.
The recipe did not work in my oven. What should I do?
Start with the Dough & Baking Techniques guide, which covers hydration, proofing time, and how to position a home oven so the base sets before the top dries out. The site is provided as is, so we cannot promise a particular result, but most problems trace back to flour absorption or oven heat.
Can I link to a recipe from my own website?
Yes. Sharing a link is fine, and so is quoting a short line with credit back to ACF Pizza Craft. Copying the full method, ingredient list, or photographs is not, because that takes the work rather than pointing to it.
How do I know which version of the terms applies?
The version published on this page is the one in force. If you are reading it before sending a class request, it is the version that applies to that request. Earlier versions are not kept publicly available.
Keep cooking, and keep us posted
The terms exist so the recipes, the guides, and the masterclasses stay useful to the people who cook from them. If a rule here gets in the way of something reasonable, tell us and we will look at it.
